HOW TO OBTAIN A PASS
1. ACCESS THE RESERVED AREA
We have sent you an email to the email address you provided when purchasing your Passes.
Sender: AI WEEK
Subject: AI WEEK : Your Name, log in to your account
2. COMPLETE
Complete your information by clicking on 'Complete/Update your data'.
You will also be able to change your preferences for Networking and for the Topics/Topics you are interested in later.
3. QR CODE PASS
Here is your QR Pass, present it at the fair entrance to obtain your badge and gain access to the event!
The Pass is nominative and non-transferable.
DID YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE PASS?
1. ACCESS THE RESERVED AREA
We have sent you an email to the email address you provided when purchasing your Passes.

Subject: AI WEEK : Your Name, log in to your account
2. ASSIGNS THE PASS
On the Purchasing page, click on 'Assign Pass' to start the process of assigning a Pass.
The Pass is nominative and non-transferable.
3. ENTER DATA
Enter the Pass holder's information.
Once the Pass has been allocated, it will no longer be possible to change/modify the Pass holder.
4. SEND PASS
Don't forget to click on 'Send by email'.
The Pass holder will receive an email with access to his or her Reserved Area where he or she can download the Pass assigned to him or her.
BOOK A WORKSHOP
IMPORTANT: The reservation will remain valid until the beginning of the chosen workshop. After the start of the workshop, access will be allowed to non-booked participants or late arriving bookers, subject to availability.
1. ACCESS THE AGENDA
In the AI WEEK App go to the Agenda page, then go to Workshops.
2. BOOK!
Choose the workshop you are interested in and click on the Calendar icon at the top right of the workshop.
Your booking will be completed when the Calendar icon has a tick v.

FAQ
Are the tickets nominal?
Yes, all tickets are nominal. Names are not required at the time of purchase: you can assign them later via the official AI WEEK app, available a few weeks before the event.
Are co-payments reimbursable?
No, tickets are non-refundable as per our Terms and Conditions. However, if you are unable to participate, you can assign them to another person.
Can I upgrade after purchasing a lower category ticket?
Yes, this is possible. To upgrade, purchase the new ticket and then write to amministrazione@iaspiegatasemplice.it, including 'UPGRADE Ticket' in the subject line of the e-mail and indicating the order numbers of both purchases. Our administration will refund the previous ticket.
Do I have to register for each day of the event?
No, registration is only required once and is valid for all days.
How do I name the passes?
Names are not required at the time of purchase: you can assign them later via the official AI WEEK platform, available a few weeks before the event.
What is available in the VIP Lounges?
VIP Lounges offer reserved spaces for networking, coffee stations and dedicated relaxation areas.
To whom is the VIP Lounge accessible?
VIP, Privilege and Investor ticket holders only.
Are parking spaces available?
Yes, paid parking spaces are available in the vicinity of East Gate and South Gate.
What is the official language of the event?
The speeches will be in Italian and/or English, in both cases simultaneous translation will be provided.
How can I plan meetings/meetings with other participants?
Through the official AI WEEK app, active from a few weeks before the event.
Can I watch the event recordings again later?
Yes, recordings will be available on the AI Play platform and accessible to all AI WEEK ticket holders.
How can I access the event as a Media/Press person?
Media can request a press accreditation via the press accreditation form available here: https://form.typeform.com/to/RsGJhL25
